This young and vivacious wine made by San Marzano Cantine comes in handy with every occasion.
Harvest: last week of August.
Vinificazione: the grapes are kept in close contact with the skin in a cold environment before being pressed, in order to extract the highest amount of aroma from the skins. Fermentation comes in steel with a temperature around15°C for two weeks, preserving the bouquet integrity with the natural grapes aroma.
Aging: five months in steel.
Suggested temperature: 10-12°C
