Our Primitivo di Manduria 11 Filari by San Marzano Cantine comes from vineyards located in San Marzano e Sava.
Exclusively made with Primitivo grapes, hand-picked by the first week of October.
Fermentation comes in inox tubs with a controlled temperature of 24-26°C for at least 10 days. Then the wine ages in barriques for 12 months before being bottled.
Ideal as a meditation wine, it also matches with dry sweets, fruit pies and chocolate.
