Our Primitivo di Manduria D.O.P. comes from a native wine variety from Puglia. Cultivated on espalier on a clay-rich soil.
Harvested by the second week of September. Made with a 10-days thermo-controlled maceration followed by a process of alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts.
Aged In french durmast barrique for 6 months.
Suggested temperature 16-18°C
