San Marzano’s Verdeca is raised in vineyards 100 above the sea level, in the warm and hospitable region of Salento.
Exclusively produced with Verdeca grapes, harvested by the second half of august, this white wine needs a specific 8 hours long cold maceration, completed by a process of alcoholic fermentation and the aged In french durmast barrique for 6 months.Ideal paired with seafood and fresh fish. Suggested temperature 12-14°C
