Our glazed taralli are baked in a traditional wood oven, handmade entirely by local producers employing only high quality ingredients, following the most traditional recipes from Puglia in order to achieve the perfect fragrance and texture of a genuine tarallo. They are a variation of traditional egg taralli enriched with a flavorful sugar frosting.
