Every TOP product made with wheat flour is exclusively produced with wheat coming from Puglia and Basilicata.
TOP guarantees a solid quality of its products by applying a strict control over any possible toxic sediment. This control is 100% natural: that’s because our summer temperature allows the perfect maturation of our grains, preventing any formation of molds. Therefore, the sanitary condition of our products is optimal, far higher than any default standard established by the Regulation CE 1881 of 2006.
MAIN CHARACTERISTICS
100% Appulian and Lucan wheat, grown under the sun of 41°parallel. At this height the sun perfectly dries out the wheat grains, making them optimal for baking and processing.
No molds, pesticides, glyphosate.
COOKING TIME
In boiling water (1 lt per 100g) for 7-9 min
CONSERVATION
24 months - keep far from light sources, in a fresh and dry environment.
