Refund policy

Returned for afterthought

Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement of the purchased item with another item.

In order to access the return procedure, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging perfectly intact.

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be refunded.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are not subject to reimbursement.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the acceptance or rejection of the refund request and, if successful, we will agree on the refund procedures.
 

Substitutions

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. For the replacement with the same item, please send us an email to reso@tasteofpuglia.it

The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the buyer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In case of loss or non-delivery of the returned item by the courier we will not proceed with the refund.
